Saturday is college football game day!!

Today was a full day of fun, food, and FOOTBALL! We started the day at our favorite breakfast place La Baguette. Unfortunately we had really sloooow service but the food made up for it. Xander enjoyed sitting on the table while we were waiting to be seated. Check out the football helmet hat I knit for him on our plane ride to Oklahoma.

After an afternoon of shopping we decided to head to campus corner a little early to look in the stores and grab some pizza. Fans start tailgating early so it was already packed at campus corner.

Leaving the game..we left after halftime since Xander was getting

sleepy and OU was up by a lot of touchdowns.

After the game we headed to our last restaurant of the trip..Van’s Pigstand.

Nothing says an OU victory win like ribs and burgers. This place

has the best ribs we have ever had.

Xander decided he wanted to participate in the eating festivities as well.

We were quite shocked when he grabbed the big onion from

my plate and started mouthing it. He decided he liked it…definitely my son!

Once we got back to the hotel Xander was very awake and moving all

around. Here he is trying to help mom text. They learn so young these days!
