Xander and I were too tired to want to get in the car and drive to our house today so Adrian went while we stayed home. They have made lots of progress….
Our land has been graded
The walls on the foundation are up for the basement
Looking onto the property- we had a ton of rain while we were gone. Adrian ran into the property manager and he said there was very little standing water in the foundation,
which is great news from the standpoint of flooding in the future
