My sweet boy turned 10 months old last week and I can hardly believe it. Where is time going? His first birthday is just around the corner, so why does it feel like we were bringing him home from the hospital? This month has brought lots of changes for the little guy. Here are some highlights…
* Said his first word “Uh oh”, which really isn’t a true word but just too darn cute to not call it a first word. He also started saying “mama”, which of course melts my heart into all sorts of mush
* Transitioned to all table food. This boy didn’t eat baby food for very long.
* Suffered his first ear infection followed by a horrible rash from the amoxicillin
* Had his 8th tooth (WOW!) erupt

* Still breastfeeding like a champ. Thankfully I was able to cut out one bottle during the day when he goes to daycare, since he is eating so much table food. This has relieved a lot of my stress since I don’t have to pump 5-6 times a day to keep up with his demands. I’m down to pumping three times a day at work and that’s it. No more pumping at night before I go to bed.
* Army crawling everywhere! I have a feeling he is going to be a late walker too. Big brother didn’t walk until around 17 months. I’m all right with this though, he will do it when he is good and ready.
This photo shoot was so much fun that I couldn’t pick just a few pictures to post.

I took photos monthly (until he turned 1) of my son a well. I need to figure out how to put them together in a block portrait, like you did, and put it on his wall.

I did it through Picnik. Not sure if they have a print option but you could check. So sad it’s closing down in April though. Maybe also check through shutterfly or snapfish. I know they have collage options.
I love this! I can tell your photo class is paying off! The photos are just great. I know him and Dex would be such little buddies. My favorite pic is the one of him on his knees in the chair. And 8 teeth!? Wow. Thanks for sharing him with bloggy land, mama!

Aw thanks! Glad that you can see a difference. I definetly am learning a ton and my photos are improving. It’s so much fun to be able to get decent shots inside now that I know where to look for the light and the settings to change (like ISO–who knew?!).
