Last week I planned my menu using the food blog Skinny Taste. I was happily suprised that each one of the meals I made from the blog was very tasty. We especially enjoyed the Chicken Rollatini Stuffed with Zucchini and Mozzarella and the Baked Ziti with Spinach. The Chicken Rollatini was so easy to make that I’m making another version of it this week. I also found a few more new recipes from Skinny Taste to try out. It’s rare to find a blog that has multiple meals you just can’t wait to make, but Skinny Taste is definitely one of them. If your stuck in a cooking rut check it out.

Sunday: Chicken Rollatini with Spinach Alla Parmigiana served with Wagon Wheel Pasta
