The one thing I really miss about living in New England is the fresh seafood, especially the lobster. Since we aren’t traveling to New England this summer, we decided to bring the lobster dinner to us to celebrate July 4th. The last time we had lobster at home was in 2010. Xander was just a bit more scared of the live lobster moving on the floor than he was back then. This time he literally jumped onto my back while I was on the floor watching Noah. Last time he just kept his distance. Noah was the fearless one. He practically giggled at the sight of the clawed crustaceans.

Hello dinner
Enjoy your bath!
Pure happiness
A meal to remember
Claws stuffed with meat, tails delicious too
Once they were no longer moving, Xander wanted a closer look
It’s a stare down.
The meal was good.
What’s your idea of a perfect meal? Are you a seafood fan or do you prefer your food to walk on land?

Love the video, “They don’t have names.” was so cute! We love seafood here and got spoiled living in Savannah because it was always fresh & close. We found a good crab house here that we like so far.

I really miss all the free time I had to knit before I started blogging more seriously lol. Lately my knitting has been neglected but I’m hoping it will pick back up when it’s winter time.
Oh that little babe with the giant corn on the cob– too stinkin’ cute!

We LOVE seafood, but I have never been brave enough to boil our own lobster! The BB Boys just tried crawfish for the first time this weekend and all 3 of them gobbled it down like it was candy! It looks like you and your family had a really delicious dinner!

Wow it’s crazy that your boys love seafood so much. That is awesome!! Xander didn’t even want to try it. He did put it on his tongue but that’s about it.
