Last Sunday I wrote about all the exciting guest posts and blog goals going on around here. I also mentioned that I’m undergoing a blog redesign, which I’m excited about. I have decided that I’ll make “Where I’ve Been, Where I’m Going” a weekly post on Sundays, if I have blog news to share. Look for information about upcoming giveaways, guest posts, reviews and speech/language topics in these posts. Speaking of speech and language topics please take my poll (right hand side bar) to help me rename my weekly language series. My new blog design’s theme is focused around the beach, with a more subdued color theme. My language series will be displayed on the home page more prominently, so it needs a better name. I struggled to come up with a few options, so if you think they are all horrible let me know! Suggestions are always welcomed!
Speaking of the beach, I recently started participating in the Aloha Friday Blog Hop hosted by What Jean Likes and Local Sugar Hawaii. These two fantastic ladies blog about island life in Hawaii. Their amazing photos make me want to pack my bags and run away to fun in the sun right now. Seriously check out their amazing island and more learn about them if you have a chance. Coming this week: Mommy Minute Monday will feature a free printable to track your child’s word count from 12 months to 3 years. The printable will include a short list of speech and language milestones for each age group.

The rest of the week I’ll be sharing vacation pictures and covering must-do Smithsonian exhibits to check out with kids.
