There is something about the change of seasons that makes me want to purge old junk, decorate and paint all things in my house. It has been many, many months since we focused on any sort of home decorating project, but once again we are ready to get all extreme makeover. The victim- our basement. If you follow me on Instagram, you may remember this picture I posted a few weeks ago.
This pile of boxes that the UPS guy dropped off on our door step contains our new playroom furniture from Pottery Barn. Now weeks later, the furniture is finally assembled and nicely set up. I must the playroom is starting to look good. Not great, just good. It’s functional enough for play but certainly not Pinterest worthy.
The toys are semi-organized, there are places to sit, and shelves just waiting to be filled. The biggest obstacle standing in my way of having the desire to sew pillows, decorate the walls, and organize the toys is the fact that there are toys that need to be sorted, thrown away, donated and sold. Just typing this all out makes me a bit exhausted and cross eyed. In my dreams, I would be super motivated to consign all of the toys and baby gear we no longer use, including the huge baby swing that is taking up an entire corner in the basement. Let’s face it, weekends are only so long. I have no desire to spend my weekend cleaning, tagging and lugging toys and clothes to a consignment sale. Nope, instead I’m going to sell my items through the comfort of my home using Ubokia Marketplace.
Ubokia is an online marketplace, where you can connect with other like-minded people to find the items you are searching for in a more pleasant enviornment than Craigslist. How many times have you posted an item for sale on Craigslist only to be stood up by a potential buyer? Well no longer! Ubokia is the safest way to buy online and it allows you to immediately connect with other buyers.
Please check out Simply Stavish’s very own Ubokia Marketplace. By using the marketplace, you will be able to buy and sell items with other bloggers and readers. Do you have bags and bags of baby clothes to sell? Post a “For Sale” item and let others know what you have. Are you on the market for cloth diapers? Post a “wanted” shout out, once posted sellers will search you out. Ubokia is like one big virtual yardsale without the extra legwork. Sometimes it’s easier to explain with a video, so check out this short clip to see just what Ubokia Marketplace can do for you.
Now think of 3 items you have been meaning to sell or 3 items you really would like to find but not pay full price for and come check out Simply Stavish’s Ubokia Marketplace .
