Speech and Language

As a Speech-Language Pathologist and mom of 2 young boys, I love turning every day moments into language learning experiences. Every Monday I will be featuring quick and easy tips and ideas in the areas of speech, language, and feeding development.  This series will also feature guest posts from the medical and educational field such as pediatricians, audiologists, and nutritionists. I will also be featuring stories of children with disabilities through guest posts from wonderful parents.  Throughout the week I will bring you product reviews and giveaways featuring the latest toys, books, and mealtime tools that help parents grow their child’s speech, language and and feeding skills.  If you would like to contribute to Words in the Sand please contact me.
